Coronet Peak Awarded Take flight West Coast, two day scenic transfer ![]() Starting in Greymouth, with collection from the TranzAlpine scenic train station, the transfer heads down the coast to Hokitika, then onwards to infamous glacier country, to spend the night in either Fox Glacier or Franz Josef townships. Enjoy sights of the vast glaciers and surrounding terrain during a scenic flight the next morning or walk to the glacier viewing area. The former Southland farmer spent forty nine and a half years grafting on the land and says he now enjoys the variety of his driver guide role. He has a wealth of rural New Zealand knowledge that he’s always happy to share, and a good insight into what visitors enjoy after running his Five Rivers farm-stay for 13 years.
